Nothing is sent without your approval by default
Your job applications, on autopilot. You stay in control.
AutoApply AI finds roles that match your preferences, tailors your CV and cover letter to each one from your real experience, and applies once you approve.
How it works
From one CV to tracked applications in four steps
Step 01
Upload your CV
Add your CV once. It is read into a profile you check and correct before anything uses it.
- Structured, editable profile
- PDF or DOCX
Step 02
Set your job preferences
Tell the agent what to look for, which companies to avoid, and how much is enough.
- Roles, locations, salary
- Daily and weekly caps
Step 03
Review and approve
Each match waits in your review queue with its documents and the answers the agent plans to give.
- CV and cover letter per job
- Review before send by default
Step 04
The agent applies and tracks
Approved applications are submitted for you and tracked, so you know where each one stands.
- Status on your dashboard
- Anything manual is flagged
Trust & safety
Built to apply on your behalf without putting you at risk
An application goes out under your name, so the guardrails are part of the product, not a setting you have to find.
Never invents experience
Employers, job titles, dates and education are copied from your CV untouched. A rewritten line that mentions anything your CV doesn't is thrown away in favour of your original wording.
You decide what gets sent
Review before send is the default: every prepared application waits for your approval. Auto-submit is an opt-in setting, and an application with an unanswered required question always comes back to you.
Encrypted at rest
Uploaded CVs, parsed profile data, generated documents, cover letters and the job-site passwords you connect are encrypted before they are stored.
Polite automation
Public job APIs are used where they exist. Before driving a browser on an employer or applicant-tracking page, the agent checks robots.txt, and your daily and weekly caps limit how much it does.
Sensitive questions declined
Equal-opportunity questions about gender, ethnicity, veteran or disability status are answered with “decline to answer” when the form offers it.
Your data, your call
Download a copy of your account data from Settings, or delete your account. Deletion immediately removes linked sign-ins and stored job-site passwords and stops the agent.
Job sources
Where the agent looks today
A short list, stated plainly. When a form can't be completed automatically, the application is flagged for you to finish by hand.
LinkedIn
Searched through your own LinkedIn account, which you connect. Easy Apply jobs can be submitted directly.
Remotive
Remote roles from Remotive's public jobs API. The agent follows each listing to the employer's own application form.
RemoteOK
Remote roles from RemoteOK's public feed, applied to on the employer's own form in the same way.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Is it free?
AutoApply AI is free while in early access.
Does it apply to jobs without asking me?
Not by default. Prepared applications wait in your review queue until you approve or skip them. You can switch on auto-submit in the agent settings if you want it to send without review; even then, an application with a required question it cannot answer from your profile comes back to you instead of being sent.
What data do you store?
Your account details, your CV and the profile parsed from it, your job preferences and screening-question answers, the tailored documents and applications the agent prepares, and any job-site logins you connect. CV contents, cover letters and job-site passwords are encrypted at rest. The privacy policy has the full list.
Which job sites does it work with?
Today: LinkedIn (through your own account), Remotive and RemoteOK. Listings from Remotive and RemoteOK are applied to on the employer's own application page. If a form can't be completed automatically, the application is flagged so you can finish it yourself.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Settings lets you download a copy of your data as a JSON file or delete your account. Deleting your account blocks further sign-in, removes stored job-site passwords and linked sign-ins, and stops the agent straight away.
Will it write fake experience on my CV?
No. Tailoring only rephrases and reorders what your CV already says. Employers, titles, dates and education are never changed, skills are limited to those in your CV, and any rewritten line that introduces something new is discarded.
